There are currently two different ways to pay for your Auto Mag.

1. a 20% down payment and the balance due when your Auto Mag is complete

2. paid in full  (You will receive a free wooden presentation case and challenge coin with this option)

The Auto Mag is not an off the shelf item and is made to order. Our current lead time is at least 180 days. 

All Auto Mags must be shipped to someone with a FFL (Federal Firearms license) and we must have an up to date license before we can ship an Auto Mag to your FFL.

The Founder’s Edition was a limited series. They were limited to the first 77 units off the production line. However, a high polish 8.5″ Classic with wood grips is identical to a Founder’s Edition. The only real difference between the two is the unique serial number that the Founder’s Edition has.

They start at $3,495 for the 6.5 inch Classic with satin finish. Pricing details and options are on our online store.

Yes, but you will currently need an exporter.

The Auto Mag is currently only chambered in .44 AMP. and we currently offer either a 6.5″ or an 8.5″ barrels. One of the great benefits of the Auto Mag is being able to change barrels/calibers in a matter of seconds. We will offer additional barrels lengths and calibers for purchase in the future with the 357 AMP being the first.

SBR ammunition is currently manufacturing .44 AMP and Garrett cartridge is in the process of setting up a production line. They are currently taking preorders. We are also in discussions with several other manufacturers to produce .44 amp. Our goal is to make Auto Mag ammunition readily available at reasonable prices.  RCBS is currently in the process of manufacturing the reloading dies for the 44 AMP.

We manufacture our magazines in house. All Auto Mags are shipped with two magazines.

We continue to try, but it does not look feasible at this time. There may be a possibility to acquire one under the Curios & Relics program.

Your card was not actually charged the full amount. Your card was just authorized for the full amount. The charge will disappear in a couple days .

Shipping Time:  All Auto Mag Pistols are made to order and unless otherwise stated have a long lead time (180+ days) due to industry-wide supply chain issues. Most other orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.   Please be aware that your shipment may include multiple packages with your gun shipped to your FFL on record and accessories to your ship-to address.

 

Out of Stock or Made to Order Products:  We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, our products will ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, or is Made to Order which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

 

Multiple Product Orders: For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

 

Order Cancellation Policy:

  – If you change your mind about your purchase of a make to order item (e.g., Pistol) prior to Job Start we will charge a 5% restocking fee of the deposit to cover credit card charges and administrative overhead. 

 

  – If you change your mind about your purchase of a make to order item (e.g., Pistol) after we start making your item (to include being unable to provide any remaining payment due), we will charge a 10% restocking fee of the deposit to cover credit card charges, administrative overhead and our material and labor cost.

 

  – If you change your mind about your purchase after receiving your item (and return the item in the original condition in the original shipping material), we will charge a 15% restocking fee of the items price to cover credit card charges, administrative overhead and our material and labor costs.

 

  – If you refuse delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier, there is no restocking fee. We will pay for return shipping, but we may file a claim with the carrier or insurance company and request that you to assist in the submission of documentation of the damage (e.g., photos).

 

  – If you receive an item that is damaged, inoperative or materially different from what you ordered, there is no restocking fee and we will pay for return shipping.

 

  – If you do not receive your item by our promised delivery date, there is no restocking or cancellation fee.

 

Order Change:  if you make changes to your order (e.g., add items, change finish, barrel length or delete something), any deposits or payments made will be credited to the revised order.  However, if the cost of the revised order is less than what has already been paid, the difference will be provided to you as a ‘store-credit’ which can be used for a future purchase that must be used within 3 years.

 

Return Policy:  All returns must be authorized by calling the Auto Mag Customer Support team at: 843-756-0362 and be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA).  You must notify us within 2 weeks of receipt of your items requesting a RMA.  Auto Mag may elect to replace the item, refund the item (i.e., Order Cancellation Policy above) or issue a Store-Credit that you can then use for a future purchase within 3 years.
