Auto Mag Ltd. Co. has received several inquiries about efforts by the management committee of Auto Mag Partners LLC to members of Auto Mag Ltd. Co. offering to convert the Auto Mag Ltd. Co. members’ interest to “senior debt.” Please proceed with caution. Auto Mag Ltd. Co. has no relationship with Auto Mag Partners, LLC and has not authorized any action by Auto Mag Partners, LLC, or the Management Committee of Auto Mag Partners, LLC. These are two separate companies that have no relationship with one another. The Auto Mag Ltd. Co. Management Committee is currently not operating or taking any action on behalf of Auto Mag Ltd. Co.
